New Ingredient Development Team for Cosmetics has developed the differentiated fermenting method by analyzing the characteristics of diverse microorganism and the fermentation process of Gimchi, Korean unique traditional fermented food, with a goal of efficacy reinforcement and removal of maleficence of extracts achieved from natural substances. We do our efforts to improve microorganism to a specific strain for cosmetics ingredient by finding physiological features of microorganism based on metabolomics study. We are fulfilling the study for safer and more superior products through Korean traditional fermentation technique in the overseas such as Europe, U.S.A. and China as well as Korea.
